We had an amazing stay at a hidden gem in Norfolk. The room was beautifully appointed with hidden extras and luxurious finishes. We loved the convenience of being able to cook our own food and the hour of free access to the hot tub. The owners are also adding a swimming pool and extra rooms, great news. we had a fantastic and relaxing getaway and would highly recommend it to our friends.

The breakfast on the patio was lovely, and the spa facilities were great. the location was also lovely, with beautiful grounds to explore.
The patio was not very private, as there were men doing work outside in the garden overlooking us. the room was also quite hot, even with the door open, and the air-conditioning panel didn't work.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the spa swim and stay. From the moment we arrived, Paul and Lorraine made us feel welcome and took care of everything. the apartment was beautiful and equipped with a well-appointed kitchen and bathroom. We loved the added touch of having a TV in front of the bed and the convenience of using the pool and hot tub. the information booklet provided made settling in a breeze. And let's not forget about the incredible Alexa devices in the living room and swimming pool area. It was truly a luxurious and unforgettable experience. And the breakfast served on the patio was simply stunning. We can't thank Paul and Lorraine enough for their exceptional hospitality. We've already booked another stay for our anniversary!
No complaints.

It took a while to figure out how to operate the air conditioning. More detailed instructions would have been helpful.
